Glad to see you in the Community, @timinbend2019.

Yes, you can add or import your older transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed. Before that, check which ones are already in QuickBooks to prevent duplicates. Then, follow these steps:

  1. Open your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
  2. Select the Gear icon, then click Imports.
  3. Select Import older transactions.
  4. Click Browse and find the file you downloaded from your bank.
  5. Select the file and hit Open.
  6. Review the column headers and data. Make sure the date, description, and amount columns on the CSV match the columns and order in QuickBooks.
  7. Select Continue to complete the import.

You can use this guide for more details: Add older transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed.

When you're done, you can start reviewing and categorizing your transactions to put them in your accounts.

I’ll be here to help if you need further assistance managing your transactions. Just add them to your reply below. Always take care!
