Chase Business Banking - how to connect?

So today I opened a Chase Business checking account as the easier to open Quickbooks Checking account doesn't accept international payments and unfortunately that is where my business comes from at the moment.

I connected to Chase online and selected my business account but every time I try connect it with Quickbooks, it shows my personal accounts only as avaialble to connect. Does Quickbooks not support Chase Business Checking accounts or am I doing something very wrong here?

You're almost there, @fenix365, but I've got additional tips on how you can find your bank and connect it to QuickBooks.

Double-check the spelling when searching for your bank. It needs to match exactly as it appears on your bank's website.
Use specific names for your bank. If that doesn’t work, search with broader names like "Chase."
You can also use your bank's URL in the search bar, such as "chase.com."
Take a look at the back of your debit or credit card to find the issuing bank's name. Use names like "Chase" instead of generic names like "Visa" or "Mastercard."

If you have completed the previous steps and still cannot find your bank in the list, you will need to request support from your bank.

Here's how:

On the Connect an account page, enter your bank's name.
Click on Request a provider.
Enter your provider's info.
Hit Request.

After connecting your bank, you can categorize transactions in QuickBooks as income, expenses, or other accounts.

Ok, but this post implies it is not possible to connect a Chase Business account to Quickbooks? I'm a little stumped by that given that Chase is the biggest bank in the US.

So I have to manually import transactions then?

As my colleague mentioned above, @ShangY, you need to send a support request to your bank to connect your Chase business bank account in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

In the meantime, manually upload your Chase business transactions here in QBO. You can download your transactions from Chase Business online banking in either CSV, QBO, OFX, or QFX format and then upload them into QBO.

Here's how:

Navigate to the Transactions tab and select Bank transactions.
Click the Link account ▼ dropdown and then Upload from file.
Choose either the Drag and drop option or select files to locate and select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then, click on Continue.
In the QuickBooks account ▼ dropdown, select the account you want to upload the transactions into. Then hit Continue.
Follow the onscreen instructions to match the columns from the file with the appropriate fields in QuickBooks. Then, select Continue.
Select the transactions you want to import, and click on Continue.
Confirm by selecting Yes, then click on Done to complete the process.
