Credit Card Bank Feed Reversed

Hello.

 For the past 3 weeks I have been experiencing credit card feeds from my bank coming in reversed.

This is intermittent.

Sometimes the charges show up correctly as expense and sometimes these charges come in as money received.

I have no other option than to exclude these charges and enter them manually for my chart of account to be correct.

I have spent numerous hours with QBO support, which was totally unproductive and useless.

The only resolution I was offered was to purchase a higher tier of support and spend more money with QBO.

I have done all the usual fixes such as disconnecting and reconnecting the account.

My bank feed transaction is now double offset to what the bank account truly reflects.
