I've come to help you get your latest credit card transactions, josecadena.
Beforehand, may we know what financial institution was integrated into your QuickBooks Online account? Have you received specific bank errors when getting updates from the banking section? Any additional information would be much appreciated, as this will help us verify, we've got the proper workaround for you.
Since bank entries were not visible on your banking tab after updating them, we can manually review the transactions around the Banking menu. To do this:
Go to Transactions and click BankTransactions.
Select the tile for the bank or credit card account you downloaded the transaction from.
Check the For Review, Categorized, and Excluded tab of the Banking page to view the new transactions.
Alternatively, you can try logging into your bank's website to check if they have server issues or undergoing maintenance. This occasion stops the online banking connection to QuickBooks.
We're always available in this forum if you require additional assistance handling your online accounts. Let us know your queries in the comments below. Keep safe!
Thanks for joining in on this thread. Let's work together to figure out why you're transactions aren't showing up after the transactions being transferred.
Before digging further, let's perform some steps to help narrow down the cause of the problem:
Clear your browser's history
Sign out of your QuickBooks account and then back in
To clarify, I'm going to ask some additional questions as well (Please answer these after trying the troubleshooting steps in the beginning of this post):
Did you just connect your bank account or has it been connected for a while now?
Did you press the Update button to transfer these over or did you perform a manual upload?
After review your answers, I'll be able to give you a better solution for your business. Have a wonderful day!
