Hello there, Andres.

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community page. I'm here to assist you with your banking concerns.

In QuickBooks Online, bank transactions are automatically posted on your Bank Transactions page if you've successfully connected your bank account to QBO. If you're not seeing them, you'll need to check around the Banking menu. While on the Bank Transactions page, check out the For Review, Categorized, and Excluded tabs for the transactions. Transactions listed on the For Review tab are transactions that needs to be categorized.

If no transactions are found in any of the tabs, I recommend manually updating your bank's connection in QBO to get the latest transactions on the Bank Transactions page.

Here's how:

  1. On the left menu, hover over Transactions and select Bank Transactions.
  2. Choose your bank account.
  3. Click the Update button.

After getting your transactions flowing into your QBO account, you can also consider categorizing them into their designated accounts.

Please don't hesitate to reply below if you have additional concerns besides bank transactions in your QuickBooks Online account. I'm always here to assist you.
