For Account Information under bank feeds center it still shows a balance for bank account, only on my bank account not on quick books. How do I make this balance 0 again. I have already ignored/deleted all transactions so there is no way I can go back in.

Ignoring or deleting all transactions from your QuickBooks bank balance doesn't affect the balance you have in your actual bank account, @KG1515. We'll be providing more details below to give you insights into how banking balance works in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) and to answer your inquiry.

Please be aware that QBDT relies solely on the data provided by your bank account. Consequently, the transactions in your bank feeds, as well as the balance and other details you see, come from the actual bank account you have. Deleting or ignoring transactions will not affect your actual bank account, but only the ones you have in the program.

If you're trying to start over with your bank transaction management, we recommend checking out this article to help categorize your transactions: Add and match Bank Feed transactions in QuickBooks Desktop.

Here in the Community space, our priority is to provide accurate responses to help promptly resolve your inquiries. We encourage you to use the comment section below if you have additional questions about the program. We'll make sure to be around to extend a helping hand.
