Yes, Oak Valley Community Bank connects with QuickBooks Online (QBO) for automatic transaction downloads, @reysembrepairs. To verify this, we can either search for the bank’s name in the search field or paste the URL used to access your bank’s online portal into the search bar when linking your account to QuickBooks.

To confirm and set up the connection, here’s what to do:

  1. Navigate to My apps, Accounting, then Bank transactions.
  2. Click Link Account.
  3. Type Oak Valley Community Bank in the search field or enter the URL for your bank’s login page.

  4. When prompted, sign in to your bank account.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection process.

Once linked, QuickBooks will fetch and sort your transactions, keeping your records accurate and your bookkeeping easier to manage.

Please refer to this article for further details: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks.

@reysembrepairs

If your bank doesn't yet support QBO, you can use csv2qbo converter as a workaround. It's a $60 one time license.
