Entering transactions manually in quick books self employed, but they are not showing up.

Are you referring to those transactions entered on the Transactions page? You'll want to make sure that you're selecting All for the transactions to show. I've added a screenshot below:

Additionally, you may want to add transactions that are older that the ones QuickBooks originally downloaded, you can export transactions from your bank. Then Import them into QuickBooks.
