Yes, there is a way to export and import the banking rules in QuickBooks Online. I'll ensure to provide the correct steps so you'll be able to do it successfully.
 

Steps for exporting the banking rules:

 

  1. Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
  2. On the Rules page, click the arrow next to New rule and select Export rules.
  3. If your browser prompts you to save or open the file, select the option to save it. QuickBooks saves the exported file in your Downloads folder.

 

Steps for importing the banking rules:

 

  1. Still, go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
  2. On the Rules page, click the drop-down arrow next to New rule.
  3. Select Import rules.
  4. Browse to find the rules you exported from your other company, and then click Next. The file is saved to your Downloads folder; the file type is an Excel file (.xls).
