For over 2 months my solopreneur account has not been working, I've called customer support 4 times now. How long does it take for bugs like this to be fixed?
Apparently this is a known issue with the software—no matter what I do or how many times I reset the bank connections, my transactions will not import into the software. In order to close my books for FY2025, I had to manually add the last 6 weeks of transactions. There are so few features with solopreneur that it seems crazy this main one is not working and there has been no progress. I have been told someone from software development will reach out for the last 6 weeks and have not received any further communications. I don't want to move my bookkeeping platform but I'm not sure how much longer is reasonable to wait? I feel like I'm being scammed.
