Question

Has anyone experienced linked credit card (Chase) updating trxns and register fine, but the "Updated on" date does not change? My account is stuck on "Updated on 6/3/24"

Not really affecting my ability to work...more of an irritation at this point.

You've reached the right place for assistance. I want to make sure the date for the bank download is correct in your QuickBooks Online account.

 

To rule out any browser related issues, I recommend clearing the cache as an initial troubleshooting step. The cache is in place to collect frequently used data to make loading web pages quicker and easier. If it becomes too full it can potentially cause certain viewing and performance errors within the system. Clearing it will remove what's preventing the "Updated on" date to update. Here's how to get this done in Chrome for example:

 

1. At the top right, click More (three vertical dots).
2. Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
3. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
4. Check the boxes next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."
5. Click Clear data.
