Hello, Sarah. I understand the urgency of this matter. These issues are often due to incorrect CSV formatting. Could you share the exact error message you’re encountering?

To ensure a smooth upload, make sure your file is formatted correctly as either the 3-column format (Date, Description, Amount) or the 4-column format (Date, Description, Credit, Debit). Verify there are no blank rows, extra headers, or special characters in the amounts, and ensure that the dates are properly formatted.

For further details on potential issues causing this error, refer to this article: Common errors for importing bank transactions using CSV. If you're unsure how to format the file properly, check out this article: Format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks. Please note that this article references QBO, but the formatting guidelines are also applicable to QBSE.

Regarding your bank disconnection, could you please share the name of your bank and let me know if you’re seeing any error codes or messages when trying to reconnect?

Feel free to reply below if you have follow-up questions.
