Home Depot Commercial Credit Card (Citi) not available to connect in QuickBooks Online

I am trying to connect a Home Depot Commercial Credit account serviced by Citi to QuickBooks Online.

The account is accessed through the Citi Retail Services Commercial website:
retailservicescommercial.citi.com

However, when I search for Home Depot in QBO under Bank Transactions → Link Account, the only U.S. Home Depot option available is “Home Depot Consumer Credit Card (Citi).”

Searching for Citi also does not show a Citi Retail Services Commercial or Home Depot Commercial option.

This is a commercial Home Depot credit account, not a consumer Home Depot credit card, so I do not want to connect it through the consumer option.

Is there currently a supported bank-feed connection for Home Depot Commercial Credit accounts serviced by Citi? If this is a known connection issue, is there an open investigation that my account can be added to?

Currently, there is no supported bank-feed connection for Home Depot Commercial Credit Card accounts serviced by Citi. Additionally, there is no active investigation to add support for this specific connection.

 

However, you can still import your transactions into QuickBooks manually. First, download your transaction history as a CSV file from your Home Depot account on Citi’s website for your desired date range. Then, follow these steps:

 

  1. Log into your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to Accounting, and click Bank transactions.
  3. Click the Link account dropdown, then select Upload from file.
  4. Upload your downloaded CSV file, then map the columns (date, description, amount) when prompted.
  5. Choose the account where you want the transactions to land, and complete the import.

 

Repeat this process on a schedule that works for you, such as weekly or monthly, to keep your books updated.
