Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the QuickBooks Community for support.
To clarify, are you referring to the funds deposited from your Merchant Service account? If so, you can change the bank account to the bank deposits go to. This way, any new deposits are recorded to the correct account.
Here's how:
Sign in to QuickBooks Online in a web browser. Don't use the mobile app or GoPayments.
Go to the Gear Icon and then choose Account and settings.
Select the Payments tab. In the Deposits section next to Standard Deposits, hit Change bank.
Tap on Add new bank account.
Enter the routing number and account number of the bank account you want to change to.
Select Save when you're ready.
Review the bank account info and make sure it’s selected before completing your request.
Please know that any recorded deposits will need to be transferred to the correct account, as you mentioned above. I've included some steps to transfer funds between accounts below.
Select + New.
Choose Transfer.
From the Transfer Funds From the dropdown list, select the bank account that the money is coming from.
From the Transfer Funds To dropdown list, select the bank account to which the money is going.
In the Transfer Amount field, enter the amount being transferred.
Edit the Date field.
Enter a description of the transfer in the Memo field (optional).
Click on Save and close or Save and new to complete the transfer.
I also wanted to include some guided help articles that cover more information about deposits from Merchant Services, should you need them in the future.
