Hi there, Krystl. Since customer payments are processed through QuickBooks Payments, you’ll need to update your bank details directly within the Merchant Service Center.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. Go to Account on the top menu bar.
  3. Select Account Profile.
  4. Find the Deposit Account Information section and click Edit.
  5. Fill out the New bank account and enter your Routing number.
  6. Add the Account Number you want to change to, then enter it again to Confirm Account Number.
  7. Ensure the name in the Account Holder/Doing Business As matches the bank account owner's name exactly.
  8. Select the Reason for this account change and then select Submit.

Intuit will begin a verification process, usually involving micro-deposits, which takes two to five business days. Your payments will continue to arrive in your current account until this new one is fully verified.
