Question

How can I get missing transactions to load? When I try to submit a CSV it says they are duplicate but they are not showing on the transactions page.

I have some transactions missing on the transactions page between August and September. I attempted to upload an CSV but it showed all those transactions upload on the CSV as duplicates, but they still do not show on the transactions page.

When you upload a file and it says your items are duplicates, it usually means QuickBooks already has a record of them in its database, but a display glitch, filter setting, or browser cache issue is stopping them from showing up on your screen. To fix this, try adjusting your view filter, refreshing your web page, or clearing your browser cache.

If an item was accidentally deleted or hidden in the past, QuickBooks marks it as Excluded. To check:

  1. Go to your Transactions page.
  2. Click the Type dropdown at the top.
  3. Select Excluded from the list.

Also, double-check your Date range to ensure August and September aren't cut off.
