How can I look up dollar amounts in the check register?  I can look up vendors, but how do I search dollar amounts?

You can locate dollar amounts in two ways, kathy13131. Let's go through the steps together.

 

On the Check register, right-click any transaction and select Find (Ctrl+F) to open a new window. Follow the steps below to proceed:

 

  1. Tap the Advanced page.
  2. Under the Filter section, choose Amount.
  3. Fill in the fields to get the specific value you're looking for.
  4. Hit Find.

 

Additionally, we have the Search (F3) feature that generates results accordingly. I'll show you how.

 

  1. Go to the Edit menu.
  2. Select  Search or use the key shortcut F3.
  3. Pick Transactions on Show Results From:
  4. Enter the Amount and Date Range.
  5. Tap Go to show lists of entries.
