How do I add a credit card to my Quickbooks app account? It lets me add but never syncs and won't let me whether what the account is for it's stuck...

Hello there, Russhindman. Let’s troubleshoot this issue so you can successfully add your credit card to QuickBooks Solopreneur.

To better assist you, could you let me know if you’re seeing a specific error message or if the options to select accounts are greyed out? This will help me narrow down the cause.

In the meantime, the QuickBooks app may be experiencing data build-up, which can cause syncing functions to get stuck. Try refreshing your apps by following the steps below for your device:

On Android

  1. Open the app and go to the Menu.
  2. Select Intuit Account & Settings under All.
  3. Click Refresh Data and Refresh Now.

On iOS

  1. Launch the app and navigate to the Menu.
  2. Tap Intuit Account & Settings, then select Refresh Data.
  3. Tap Refresh Now to confirm.

If the problem continues, try uninstalling and reinstalling the QuickBooks app to ensure it functions properly.

Alternatively, you can use a web browser to add your credit card account as a workaround.

Feel free to reply below if you have follow-up questions.

I was able to figure it out you can only link The business credit card by using a web browser. It works Instantly. I tried to do it through the app, but it doesn't work. Using the Web browser login allow me to complete that credit card ad.
