Hello. Thanks for the reply, but no, this didn't solve the problem. I am unable to download any transactions as the account is closed. Accordingly, I just needed to create a bank account and add transactions to the register manually.

Choose Chart ofAccount.
Click New, then fill out an Account Type, Detail Type, and Beginning Balance.
