Hello Armenifield, you can exclude the affected transactions from your Transactions page and reimport that one American Express file to correct the reversed credits and debits. This issue with just one of your four files likely stems from a subtle format glitch or a column mapping mismatch during upload.

Please verify the signs of the amounts and follow QuickBooks CSV standards before reuploading the file. Check out this article for step-by-step guidance: Format CSV files in Excel to import bank transactions into QuickBooks. While the article covers QuickBooks Online, the same CSV formatting rules apply to QuickBooks Self-Employed.

If reimporting yields the same reversal, please try a few quick browser checks to rule out a browser issue. Should the issue persist, it’s best to contact our live support team so they can take a closer look at your account and check the underlying cause.

I’ll keep this conversation open for any follow-up updates or questions.

@armenifield

Try using csv2qbo converter tool as a workaround.
