How do I create sub-companies in QB Online via Import and can it be done via Invoice import?

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can utilize the Class Tracking or the Location Tracking features to keep track of your sub-companies sales and expenses.

If you want to track your transactions by department or product lines, use Class tracking. This way, you stay informed of the profit of your sub-companies. But if you want to categorize your data from different locations, offices, and departments, use Location tracking.

You can setup your sub-companies as Location > Business. Then prepare your Invoice data with the following template
