I can help you with editing the bank register entry, jnapleshoa.

You can go to the Chart of Accounts, find the account register and edit the entry from there.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Gear icon (⚙) and select Chart of accounts.
  2. Find the bank account where this transaction is coming from.
  3. Locate and click the transaction in the account register to expand the view.
  4. Update the necessary information.
  5. Click on Save or Save and close once you're done.

Here's more information on how you can find transactions in your account registers and edit them: Find, review, and edit transactions in account registers in QuickBooks Online.

Once done, you can check the following reference on how to check your accounts so they always match your bank and credit card statements: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online. That'll guide you on how to start reconciliation and compare your statement with QuickBooks.
