Hello, Simmons. Thank you for visiting the Community. I'd be happy to provide you with information that could help you in any way.
If I may ask, are you trying to make an instant deposit to receive customer payment? If so, you'll want to set up an instant deposit and make it to get funds into your bank accounts in less than 30 minutes. Also, you may opt to schedule an instant deposit to run automatically for specific days of the week. Here's how:
Then, in QuickBooks Online, add a debit card or a bank account eligible for instant deposits. If you add a debit card, it must be a Visa or Mastercard linked to your bank or credit union checking account.
Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
Go to Get paid & pay and choose Deposits.
Click Get set up in the instant deposit banner. Note: You'll only see this option if you're eligible.
Follow the onscreen steps and enter your debit card or eligible bank info.
When you get the confirmation code, enter it to verify the account.
However, if you're going to have an instant deposit for a different purpose, I'd appreciate it if you could provide me with the specific error message you're getting when you try to add them to an invoice. You can also attach a screenshot. This way, we could determine the best solution appropriate for you.
