Good thing you posted here in the Community, @allinoneprinting. I can share some details about making transfers in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Are you referring to transferring funds out from your QuickBooks Checking account to your bank account? If so, then let's make sure to link your bank account first so you can transfer money from your QuickBooks Checking account.
Here's how:
Go to the Banking services, then select QuickBooks Checking.
SelectTransferand then select to transfer money between your accounts. You're not going to transfer money yet. You just need to start the connection.
SelectAdd a bank.
Enter your bank's name and select yourAccount Type.
Enter your account number and routing number.
When you're ready to connect, selectNext.
QuickBooks will send two small deposits to the account within the next three 3 days. Then, you get the confirmation email and come back to QuickBooks to verify the transactions.
Once everything is all set, you can now take money out of your QuickBooks Checking account. Here's how.
SelectTransfer moneyand thenMove money between your account.
Enter the amount to move from yourQuickBooks Checkingaccount.
In the From field, select your QuickBooks Checking account.
In the To field, select the(+). Then select your bank account.
Moreover, if you want to transfer funds from one bank to another, go to the +New icon, then click on Transfer. You may also utilize this article for additional reference: Transfer funds between accounts.
