Its July and I want to print my March bank rec - I went into Reports Banking and past reconciliations and put in the March 1 to March 31 but it comes up showing May 31.  I need March 31 for the auditor

There is no field to type a date range in the Select Previous Reconciliation Report window. Instead, you must specifically select the March 31 date from the Statement Ending Date list to generate the historical reconciliation data.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports, hover over Banking, then select Previous Reconciliation.
  2. In the window that pops up, choose the correct bank Account.
  3. For Statement Ending Date, pick your specific March date.
  4. Hit the report type you prefer.
  5. Decide which transactions you want to see on the report:
    • Transactions cleared at the time of reconciliation.
    • Transactions cleared plus any changes made to those transactions since the reconciliation
  6. Click Display.
  7. Once the reconciliation report is pulled up, select Print at the top of the page.
