To enter a deposit within the bank register, you'll want to access your bank and click the Dropdown arrow below the Date column. We'll write down the steps to get you going:
Access your QuickBooks Online company.
On the left navigational bar, select Transactions tab.
Choose Chart of accounts.
Locate the bank where you want to add the deposit and then below the Action column, click View register.
Below the Date column, click the Dropdown arrow and choose Add deposit.
Enter the necessary details and then click the Save button.
