How long does it take after QB says my payment is deposited before I get my cash?

Thanks for your query about receiving your customer payments.

When you just started, it would take around 3 to 5 banking days before online payments are posted in your bank depending on your deposit speed. This is because we still need to set up your account. 

Then, succeeding transactions will be deposited faster after your account is fully set up.

I'll show you how to check your schedule in QuickBooks Online:

1. Go to the Gear or Settings ⚙ icon and select Account and Settings.
2. Proceed to the Payments tab.
3. Review the Deposit Speed section.

You also want to apply for next-day payments to get your deposit faster.
