How long does it take for the money to hit my account

You've come to the right place for assistance. I'm happy to provide some in about money reaching your QuickBooks Online account.

Just to make sure I'm on the same page, are you referring to funds you've received from your customers showing in your account? If so and you're new to QuickBooks Payments, your first set of payments (sometimes referred to as a batch) will be deposited within 5 business days. These early deposits take a bit longer while your account is being set up.

Once your account is set up, if you process customer payments before 3 PM PT, they'll be deposited in your bank account the next business day. If you process payments after 3 PM PT,  it will be in two business days.
