In QuickBooks Desktop, you need to manually delete the imported transactions from the Bank Register, @KG1515.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu.
  2. Select Bank Feeds.
  3. Choose Bank Feeds Center.
  4. Click the Transaction List.
  5. Tick the check box for the transactions you want to delete.
  6. If you need to delete multiple transactions, select Ignore from the Batch Actions dropdown.

Ignoring the transaction will delete it from the Transaction List.
