Hi Allan.

I can help you with unlinking a bank account from QuickBooks.

Disconnecting the automatic online banking updates will delete any transactions in the For Review tab. Before doing the process, please make sure to add and match all the pending transactions on the Banking.

Once done, here's how you can disconnect your bank account:

  1. Click on Transactions or Banking at the left pane.
  2. Go to the Banking page.
  3. Choose the account you want to change, and then click Edit (pencil icon).
  4. Click Edit account info.
  5. In the Account window, check the box next to Disconnect this account on save.
  6. Tap on the Save and Close button.

For more information, you can open this link: Disconnect or delete accounts connected to online banking.

Just in case you want to delete the account from your record, you can also use this article as your guide: Delete an account on your chart of accounts in QuickBooks Online.
