Question

I am.signed up for and receive instant deposits for all my credit card transactions. Why would a recent deposit not qualify for such a service?

Ive never had any transactions nor qualify but this transaction says its schedule.to be deposited 2 days from when I accepted it. Its not a new customer amd the dollar amount was near what he paid roundly a week prior to this transaction

You'll want to ensure that your account is active and in good standing to qualify for the instant deposit service, randy89.

Also, when adding a bank or credit card account in QuickBooks Online, ensure to add a debit card. It must be a Visa or Mastercard and check if it's connected to the QuickBooks Checking account. This way, you'll be eligible for the instant deposit additional service.

If everything's good, you can reach out to our QuickBooks Payments Phone Support Team so they'll be able to check your account further and verify the reason why your recent deposit didn't meet the criteria for this service.

Here's how:

  1. Click Help
  2. Select the Search tab.
  3. Choose Contact us to be connected to an expert for help.

Check their available hours so they can address your concerns promptly.

I'm still ready to back you up for more queries about instant deposits. Feel free to comment back, and we'll get back to you for more help, randy89.
