I am still unable to see two months of transactions in my qb ledger. I did download/ import the two statements from my bank, but they still don't show up. Next step?

My qb for my business checking for some reason is missing Jan and Feb 2025. As advised by this group I downloaded and imported the two statements from my bank but they still don't show up in qb. After I imported there was a message that I now needed to accept the transactions, but I did not see a method of doing that. Thanks

Hello there, Firstandten. If you saw the message, QuickBooks will import the X transaction(s) using the fields you selected. Do you want to import now?, you're on the right track. That’s just the standard confirmation. Once you click Yes, those transactions land in your banking page under the For Review or Pending tab. They won't hit your register until you manually Categorize, Match, or Add them from that list.

 

Beyond that, double-check your Date filter on that screen. Sometimes the bank feed defaults to a specific range, which might be hiding your January and February 2025 transactions.

 

Just let me know in the comments if you have more questions about getting that data into your books.
