The QBO app uses a cache to enhance performance and optimize your workflow. However, cached data can sometimes become corrupted, resulting in unexpected app crashes and errors. Let's clear the outdated cache files and restore the application to its default settings.

Here's how:

 

For Android:

 

  1. Navigate to your device's Settings and select Apps (this may vary by device).
  2. Locate the QuickBooks app from the list, then select Storage.
  3. Tap Clear Data.

 

For iPhone:

 

  1. Go to the Settings icon and select General.
  2. From the iPhone Storage, select the QBO app.
  3. Click Offload App.

 

If the issue persists, restart your mobile device and ensure you have a reliable internet connection, as this is essential for the app's proper functioning.

 

If the same thing happens, uninstall and reinstall the QBO app to reset the application. After reinstalling, try to deposit again to check if it resolved the error.
