Hi there, Villagrannoe18. May I know which bank you are trying to connect? This information will help me check for any ongoing updates with your bank that might be preventing the connection.

 

It's also a good idea to check your bank's website for any ongoing maintenance that might be causing this issue.

 

In the meantime, you can upload your bank transactions manually using a CSV file to keep your books updated: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
