I can’t deposit a check and I receive an error message, but nothing is wrong.

I have tried multiple times, tried restarting the app and checking for updates, and I tried offloading the app, but nothing is working.

Hi, @sophie27. I appreciate those initial troubleshooting steps. Now that the usual fixes have been performed, let's proceed with uninstalling and reinstalling the application.
