I cannot upload the CSV of my buiness transactions and the page is saying I need to contact Intuit

I keep getting an arror message that says it is probably Intuit's fault and I need to contact them. The chat and phone line are not available, so here I am, posting it to the community.

Knowing the exact wording or seeing a 3-digit error code (such as 103, 106, or 324) will help identify the root cause.
