I can assist you with updating your company information in QuickBooks Online, @tohaveandtoholdp.

We can navigate to Accounts and Settings to modify your business entity.

To switch your business classification from a sole proprietorship to an LLC in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Gear icon in QuickBooks Online.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Under the Company Type tab, press the Pencil icon.
  4. Update your company information under the Tax Form. Change it from a sole proprietor to a Limited Liability Company.
  5. Once done, tap the Save button, then hit Done.

Here's an article you can review if you need assistance changing the business or contact names linked to your Intuit Account: Update business or contact names on your account.

Feel free to reach out if you encounter any issues while updating your company in QuickBooks Online. I'm here to assist you. Have a great day.
