Question

I have a new bank account and have closed out the old account. I have posted the transactions showing but cannot reconcile as they do not show on that tab..

Possibly all the new transactions are posted to the old bank account in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Liana. Let me provide insights on how to reconcile.

 

To reconcile transactions, ensure that all transactions have been accurately transferred and posted from the old to the new account. Check for matching transactions in both accounts, paying attention to discrepancies in amounts, dates, or payees. If transactions are missing in the reconciliation tab, adjust your settings to ensure they appear in the new account.
