Hi there, tyffi.
I appreciate you performing the bank update to bring your new transactions to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Let me lay out some fixes to get your entries updated from your bank feeds. Before that, would you mind telling me which bank institution you connected with? It is to check if there’s a similar issue reported on our system.
Also, please know that most banks download the latest transactions every night around 10 PM PT in QuickBooks. If it’s beyond that, we can start a manual download to see the latest available entries. Here’s how:
Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
Go to the Transactions menu, and select BankTransactions.
From your bank feeds, tap the Update button to start updating the transactions.
Another thing, we can check your bank’s website to see if there's a message from your bank or credit card. QuickBooks bank feeds stop downloading your transactions if there’s ongoing bank website maintenance or any ongoing issues with your bank.
Let’s go over and verify the following by logging in to your bank website. Once you’re logged in, check any updates, messages, or notifications. The message ought to outline any procedures you need to take if you must take any action. Moreover, here are some usual messages about:
New terms of service
Announcements about maintenance or other site changes
Furthermore, you can check out these articles on categorizing your transactions and reconciling your account. Doing so will put your transactions in the correct category and avoid any discrepancies in your books:
I encourage you to post back to this thread if you need further assistance with your bank transactions. It is to ensure you get the most up-to-date transactions in your bank feeds. I’m always here to help. Take care!
