Solved

I have one account being left out of a sweep of accounts when pulling from one institution. One Mastercard account is not picking up no matter how many times I connect.

Hi there, Hwelch. Bank connection can be interrupted by bank updates, maintenance, or major changes made to your account.

Is the remaining Mastercard account a sub-account of a main banking profile? Some banks may only make primary accounts available for download. You may need to contact your bank if it's possible to convert to a standalone account or enable separate data feed access with QuickBooks.

If this bank has its own distinct account number and login access, I suggest logging in to their website using the same credentials you're using to connect in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) to check for any notifications that require your attention. You can also contact them directly for more details if necessary.

In the meantime, manually import your transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed via CSV to keep your records up to date. Once your bank is connected, you may need to exclude duplicates to maintain accurate records.

If you're seeing any error messages or codes when trying to pull up bank transactions, please let me know. You can also share the name of your bank here, as that would also help pinpoint the cause of the issue.
