Question

I'm having trouble getting my BECU bank account to connect to QB online. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make that work? Thanks!

You can use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.

Hello there, Olivia. I understand how frustrating this can be. Could you please share any error messages or codes you see when trying to connect your account? This information will help us identify the problem and suggest the best solution.

 

I also recommend checking your bank’s website for any updates, maintenance, or security changes, as these can sometimes disrupt the connection.

 

In the meantime, you can manually import your transactions into QuickBooks via CSV. Once you've done that, you can match and categorize those transactions and reconcile them to ensure your books are accurate.
