I'm not able to manually import data from a bank that is linked. I'm still not able to go back two years. Help?

You have to ask the file from your bank and import older transactions manually. Another option, utilize SlickConnect. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed.
