I tried to reconcile my account, My entire checking account statement did not download, I need it to 5/31, it only downloaded transactions to 5/24?? please help

I've got ways to help you resolve your missing latest bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @dan227.

Before that, we'd appreciate it if you could specify the bank's name so we can search for ongoing investigations on our system.

First, perform a manual download to update all your connected bank and credit card accounts. To do that:
