Question

I've connected my Wells Fargo bank account but when I get to the part to import transactions. It says select an account and there is nothing there to click on.

Trying to get transactions from Wells Fargo account to import into Quickbooks Self Employed. It's connected from both ends as far as I can see but when it gets to the importing transactions, it asks to click the account you want to import and there is nothing to click on. It's blank with just two lines. So I tried just clicking on the CTA for next and I get the loading screen where it says this might take a while. And when it's finished it doesn't import anything at all.

Hi, bri16. QuickBooks Self-Employed does not include a dedicated field for selecting an account when importing older transactions using a CSV file. Are you referring to Step 1, Sign in to your account, under the How to import instructions?

If so, you've already completed this step when you signed in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account. You can simply click the Browse button to locate the CSV file on your device.

Next, map the columns  as follows: Date, Amount, Debit, Credit, and Description. Then, click Continue to import the transactions. You can also refer to this article for more guidance: Add older transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed.

If you are referring to a different screen, please provide more details or screenshots so we can assist you further. We’re always here to help.
