One of the reasons why categorized transactions isn't showing up when reconciling in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is due to an incorrect Statement date. Let's double-check it by clicking the Edit info within your reconciling screen.
Next, let's resolve the negative balance by reviewing your incorrect opening balance. Then, review the beginning balance and match what's on your bank statement for the start day.
On another note, double-check the ending balance of your bank statement.
Reconciliation window, select Edit info.
Review the Ending balance and Ending date.
Check your bank statement. Make edits as needed.
Once done, choose Save.
After that, if you find multiple and duplicate transactions, we can delete them to avoid negative balance issues.
