If I link my bank account to quickbooks is it going to pull in the transactions like checks that I have already entered?

Yes, and nothing wrong with that as it does not post what is pulled in unless you ADD the transaction.  It should find what you entered as a MATCH and selecting that simply pre-clears for reconciliation.

The other options are IGNORE and do nothing.

REPEAT, bank feeds do not automatically post into your register (unless you activate that setting -which in my opinion you should never do)
