To resolve this, ensure you are using the new Banking (Transactions) experience in QuickBooks Online. The older version does not display all available actions. QuickBooks Online offers two banking views, and the options in the Action column depend on which version you are using.
To view all available options, switch to the new banking experience:
Navigate to Accounting, then select Bank Transactions.
Look for the banner or option labeled “Try new banking page" or "Switch now".
Once the page refreshes, check the Action column again. You should now see all options.
Once you are on the new banking page, the full set of actions will be available in a cleaner dropdown format, making transaction management easier.
If you prefer staying on the old view, click directly on the transaction line to expand it. This will reveal additional options that are not visible in the Action column.
