Trying to link intuit with SouthState Bank. Intuit does not offer this bank in their list of banks

As far as I know, the connection between Intuit and the bank’s online system isn’t active yet (they’re probably still finalizing support for the new API). You can still bring in your transactions manually for now: log in to your SouthState account, export them as a .QBO or .CSV file, and import that into QuickBooks under Banking and Upload from file.

Hope it will be supported soon.

@cmm4281

You can use csv2qbo converter tool as a workaround. It's a $60 one time license.

I understand that connecting to a bank in QuickBooks Online (QBO) can be crucial when the bank doesn't appear in the search list, cmm4281. I'll share some workarounds to help you reach your goal.

Sometimes banks have multiple listings or are listed under a slightly different name, which is why SouthState Bank might not appear. Instead of searching for "SouthState Bank," try entering the correct bank’s website URL in the search bar.

If it still doesn't appear, click Request a provider, enter the correct bank URL again, and then select Request.

While you wait for a direct connection, you can keep QBO up to date by manually importing transactions, as Robin_K suggested.
