Question

Is anyone else having trouble connecting to their bank? Also I asked QB chat agent for info about an ongoing investigation (bank related) and never got the email.

Thank you. I did that with an agent on a call and it didn't work. Then during our call, she said she learned there is a QB investigation going on and there was nothing I could do. She said she was going to send me info about it (my case ID#, add my name to some list of people who need the same help, and I would hear from QB about the issue.  I've heard nothing. Meanwhile my transactions are being loaded from my bank.
