Is anyone else having trouble importing .qbo files for bank data? "error message: The uploaded file isn't a valid Web Connect file."

i'm using qbo mainly, but for this workaround, i'm having to use csv.  However, i am now having to manually categorize my transactions as the rules created aren't picking up the data.
